The Art of Bún Chả Hà Nội
One of the most famous bún dishes comes from Hanoi – known as Bún Chả Hà Nội! We serve it exactly as you would find it on the streets of Hanoi. There are streets dedicated to serving Bun Cha in Hanoi Viet Nam and you if you follow your nose you will be sure to find a bun cha vendor.
This is a simple, quick and mouth wateringly tasty dish to try – rice noodles, bbq-grilled meat, salad, pickles, an array of fresh herbs, crispy shallots, roasted peanuts and finished off with fried spring rolls.
What makes this dish a unique bún, is the five spice lemongrass marinated grilled pork and mini pork patty buns that come served in a meaty broth sauce. This sauce is slightly cool in temperature and has a sweet and sour taste, with extra pickles, garlic and chilli to give it that extra kick.
